This Refund Policy, pertains to The Florida Sanitizer Group, LLC, our subsidiary companies, our affiliated products and services, our partners, and our/assigns:
Warranty & Returns
Easy Flow comes with a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty.
RETURN PROCESS
We can accept unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 1 percent of the purchase price.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Respirators
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE
● All unopened devices can be returned with proof of purchase within 30 days
● Defective devices can be replaced within 1 year with proof of purchase
● No returns will be provided once the seal is broken on the Easy Flow device kit
